Craig Johnston, Head Chef

Craig Johnston leads the Angler kitchen with creativity, precision and a passion for seasonality. Winner of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2017 and the Roux Scholarship in 2025, his journey has taken him from Pollen Street Social to Marcus Belgravia, where he rose to Head Chef. Today, Craig brings that experience to Angler, showcasing the best of British produce with modern flair.
