To become a Member please go to the Evolv Rewards App (for Android™ or iPhone® device)/ Evolv Rewards Site (www.evolvcollection.com/rewards) and follow the prompts to create an account.
Evolv Rewards is valid in all UK- established The Evolv Collection restaurants including South Place Hotel (not valid on room rates, or international sites operated by The Evolv Collection).
Visit one of our participating restaurants, by booking a table using your Membership through the Evolv Rewards App or by providing your Membership Card to a staff member when visiting as a walk-in guest or within our bars. Show your member number (on your membership card in your loyalty app) to the server at time of booking, and allow 24 hours for your points to be credited to your acount.
Once you have enough points, you can exchange these for Gift Cards and/or Experiences with the App and/or Evolv Rewards Site. You will then be able to use your saved rewards towards your bill, just let a waiter know you have a Gift Card or Experience to claim.
Yes, once points have been exchanged for vouchers they can be used as full or part payment at any Evolv restaurant and/or bar.
Points will expire after 12 months from the point of earning. Membership accounts will be deactivated after 36 months of inactivity (no points earned or redeemed).
No, points can not be shared between accounts. You can use your points to redeem Gift Cards and/or Experiences and share these with friends and family.
Points may take up to 24 hours to be shown on your profile. If you do not see them after this time please get in touch with us by visiting the ‘contact us’ page on the App and/or Evolv Rewards Site.
Unsure how much is left on a claimed voucher or even part-used? Send us the voucher number and expiry date and a member of the team will be happy to help.
All statuses have been reviewed in line with the launch of the new scheme. Any and all rewards and benefits prior to 30/04/2025 are void.
