Each course will be carefully paired with a selection of Laurent-Perrier’s exceptional vintages, showcasing the house’s elegance, precision, and depth of character. Set within Angler’s Michelin-starred rooftop dining room, the evening promises a refined journey through seasonal flavours and iconic champagnes, celebrating the artistry of both the kitchen and the cellar.
