About Angler

Perched at the top of South Place Hotel, Angler is a Michelin-starred restaurant with a beautiful rooftop terrace, showcasing the best sustainable seafood from British waters.
Our History

Led by Head Chef, Craig Johnston, the ever-changing menu features only seasonal and carefully sourced produce, to produce picture-perfect plates. Using passion and precision, Craig meticulously curates each dish to celebrate the taste and textures of the ingredients, using a variation of techniques, flavouring and seasoning. Whilst known for sensational seafood, vegetarians and carnivores are also well catered for with the best seasonal and local produce.

To complement, the restaurant offers extensive bottled wine lists specially selected by our Sommelier.
